Macrofaune Restoration In Peat One Year After Burning

Macrofauna data on post-fire peat soils have been documented in many literatures, but assessments of soil macrofauna recovery peatlands after one and a half years fires are scarce. The aim this study was to evaluate the fires. This research conducted land PT.SSS Kuala Panduk Teluk Meranti District, Pelalawan Regency. by survey method. Determination location using purposive sampling method, especially fire unburned peatlands. Based peatland cover, 6 samples were taken, taken from peatland. point systematic observations included number families, individuals, population density, diversity index. carried out t-test results shown year recovery.
